I have a passion for helping people live more comfortably in their bodies. I guide them to feel grounded, powerful, loving, and compassionate, especially towards themselves.
My many years of somatic and yoga training enable me to customize instruction so that students feel inspired and safe, regardless of their experience or level. I enjoy working with both advanced and beginner students, particularly older people who are interested in yoga but don't know how to get started.
I have three offerings:
· Private individually-tailored yoga sessions
· Private Somatic Experiencing/Yoga Therapy sessions
· Small creative yoga classes where students receive personalized attention
